My thoughts about Yang Yang

Yangyang can get hot from time to time. It could get up to 30 degrees. So get ready to burn if you're going there in summer. haha It's usually for Koreans who are in their 20s who have never been to beach clubs. There are a lot of surfing going on there. Surfer. Surf classes. beginner surfers. Pro surfers. People who are on the 'hunt'. Instagram pictures and a young vibe If you like water and like taking pictures and also like surfing then yes!! Yangyang is the place to go for you. However I personally prefer Gangeung or Seokcho. But this is the busy time of the year now. If you don't have a car it might be a problem but you can still use taxis and buses here and there. Just get your music, book and suncream ready as buses don't come too often. You can also do snorkeling there. You can try shrimp burgers from Farmer's Kitchen (I think it could be one of the best ones!!!! Especially Hawaiian shrimp in Jukdo beach) If you want to hangout with more people I'd say go on weekends and at the end of August or beginning of September. But if you don't want to see that many people, then I suggest going during the weekdays.
