All my life I have been really into Kpop. How realistic is it to get a job in Kpop? What kind of jobs can foreigners apply for? Please, anything would really help.

I'm not really into kpop but a lot of my friends are. I heard that the work culture in the entertainment industry is not so good - you work overtime and get paid very little. You have to be very passionate if you want to survive there.
