Hello My name is AKRITI and I am holding F-3 visa I want to work but how I don't know because I heard about the F-3 visa holders are not allowed to work. If yes than how?

If you have F-3 visa you're in principle not allowed to work, but you can file for exemption. https://korea-visa.co.kr/?page_id=659&vid=71
