Best places to stay for short stays

2024.09.14 12:56My friend is coming to visit me for about a week in October, and I need to help her find a place to stay because my room is too small. Where can I find good places to stay for a short time in Seoul? I found a lot of ads for Goshiwon, but I also saw a lot of bad reviews, so I'm scared. She is not looking for a five-star place, but a decent place would be nice.

1년 전I always use agoda to find cheap places in Seoul. On airbnb you will find a lot of Goshiwon, which is not recommended, especially if your friend is female, because sometimes the safety is not guaranteed. I would rather go for budget motels than Goshiwon. They are actually quite decent in Korea compared to motels in other countries. Sometimes they are called "hotels" and they can be two or three stars on Agoda.

1년 전You can find some cheap guesthouses near hongdae. It's also easy to go to the airport.
